A Bit About Segann March
I realized at a young age that asking "hard questions" is a product of accountability. When I was 16, I interviewed Evansville Mayor Jonathan Weinzapfel about building an overpass for Bosse High School students. The conversation was nice until I asked, "There have been five student-related deaths caused by cars over the last three years. How many more students have to die before an overpass is built?" These conversations are unsettling but vital.
Outside of asking hard questions, I am passionate about digital media, powerful stories, transparency and crafting new storytelling platforms.
Considered bold and creative, I’m not afraid to tackle any project. Crafting user-friendly and innovative stories is what I live for.
